Cause and Effect While the absolute contributing factors for co-morbid addiction and mental health disorders are unknown, people living with mental health issues tend to self-medicate using alcohol or drugs, which ultimately leads to dependence and then addiction. Children and adolescents battling psychiatric problems such as ADHD, conduct disorders, and learning disabilities are more likely to abuse drugs than other youth. Conversely, as the National Institute on Drug Abuse (NIDA) suggests, drug abuse early in life is associated with increased risk of psychiatric disorders or accelerates their progression. People with co-occurring disorders are vulnerable to severe and chronic medical, emotional and social problems. Since they have two disorders, there are higher chances of relapse and aggravation of psychiatric symptoms. People struggling with dual disorders are also vulnerable to challenges including symptomatic relapses, frequent hospitalizations, social isolation, sexual and physical victimization, relationship problems, performance issues, and of course, financial problems. Keto Si Good

 and slowly build upon it you're going  to see as the weeks go by you're going to get better you're going to get more stamina and this  is really rewarding it's a great feeling when you start to see that improvement and reward yourself  you don't have to reward yourself with snacks and food so the rewards that i'm talking about are  non-food rewards so for example if you feel like your workout clothes are a bit rusty now that you  haven't bought any new ones buy some new workout clothes buy some new running shoes buy some new  tops this is going to make you feel great because you're rewarding yourself as well and the brain  loves a good reward always remember that so as i mentioned earlier you need to be aiming for at  least 150 minutes of moderate intensity exercise per week now i'm also going to add in 75 minutes  of vigorous intensity activity per week you don't have to do them both by the way it's either or but  i think it's a good.

you are comfortable with that

 good cooking options  that you found that are really helpful for you because other people will thank you for  it now in week three your first challenge isn't anything new but i just want you to keep up  that exercise that's the most important thing you need to stay motivated and keep up that exercise  this is going to help with the weight loss and it's going to help with stopping that weight  gain later on but we're gonna get to that later in the next few episodes try to make the exercise  fun for yourself as everybody is different if you don't like exercising alone try an exercise  group with people who can support you or if you don't like groups or the gym use your home or your  garden to do workouts now like i said earlier we are all different and we can all handle different  intensity of exercise and this is normal so please don't beat yourself up about it do what you  are comfortable with that is the most important thing and slowly build upon it you're going  to see as the weeks go by you're going to get better you're going to get more stamina and this

your final meal for the day 

it'll give you all the energy you need and will fill your stomach up more than you think dinner on day two is a little more interesting your final meal for the day should include two hot dogs yep that's right not one but two hot dogs best diet ever if you ask me oh but you gotta eat them as is no bun or condiments sorry balance that out with a half cup of carrots a cup of broccoli and half a banana which you can again cover with half a cup of vanilla ice cream cause you're the boss of your own life day three the third and final day of your strict diet plan starts with five saltine crackers a slice of cheddar cheese and one small apple again the portion size might seem like nothing but it'll actually give your body all the nutrients it needs to kick-start your day your lunch should be simple as well surprise surprise it'll consist of just a slice of whole grain toast and one egg
